About me
I moved to Austin from Chicago in 2017 to immerse myself in this outdoorsy, friendly, music-loving town and have called it home ever since.
I graduated with a degree in Journalism from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers). I've realized this is where my love of stories comes into play. My career started in digital marketing where I helped numerous brands in various verticals achieve their online marketing goals. I learned to align UX principles with business objectives to create a more positive user experience.
As a designer, I strive to design products that are intuitive to use and resonate emotionally with people. I focus on user-centered thinking at the core of design, followed by logical user flows and attractive visual appeal. I have the proven ability to deliver design solutions by identifying the problem, gathering user research, brainstorming, iterating on designs, prototyping, and testing.
When I’m not designing screens, I’m exploring the great outdoors of Texas with my dog, taking on a new home design project, trying out the latest food truck or workout class in town or traveling to new destinations.
